Are complimentary items or promotional freebies included with purchases?
Yes, we offer complimentary items with qualifying purchases.
For purchases worth ₱100,000, you will receive one freebie.
For purchases of ₱250,000 or more, you will receive two freebies.
For purchases exceeding ₱500,000, you will receive three freebies.
Do you offer delivery services?

What is the expected lead time for delivery?
Standard delivery of manufactured items is within 7-15 working days. Holidays and Weekends are not included
On-hand items such as Office chairs, Filing Cabinets, Office tables, etc. shall be delivered within 3-5 working days. Holidays and Weekends are not included.
Can I return or exchange a product after purchase?
We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. However, please note that all sales are final, and items cannot be returned once purchased and delivered.
All items for exchange are subject to review and cannot be refunded in cash. Please note that customized items are not eligible for exchange with other products.
A storage fee will be applied if the item remains undelivered for more than 30 days.
Do you allow order cancellations?
All orders for Furniture are final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
What does the warranty cover?
We offer a 3-year warranty on customized items under normal wear and tear conditions.
A 6-month warranty is provided for on-hand items, such as office chairs, filing cabinets, office tables, etc., against factory defects, starting from the delivery date of the product.
